Joe Biden and his administration have redefined what civil rights is all about. His administration uses civil rights violations as reasons to investigate Republican states and their refusal to force kids to wear masks while sitting in school. Their cry is that students with disabilities are being abused because they do not want to mask up.
The old man has never liked that Republican governors are not adopting his wacky and lopsided COVID policies. He wants the ability to tell everyone what to do and how to do it. It is nothing more than a feeble attempt to grab power out of the hands of the state legislature.
The so-called investigations are aimed at the indoor masking rules that allow students and parents to choose what is suitable for their own families. It is not enough that people have the right to choose for themselves. The Democrats want to force them to do unnecessary things and violate their rights to make up their minds. If a person wants to wear a mask, then that is their right to do so. But they do not have the right to force it upon other people.
The Republican school boards are not forcing kids not to wear masks. They are simply allowing the students to choose. And for some strange reason, Biden is having a fit over that decision. His administration has targeted Oklahoma, Tennessee, Iowa, South Carolina and Utah. He desires to force them to diaper the faces of all kids in the states.
Civil rights used to deal with racial issues and outright abuses against freedom. But now, it means anything that makes a person feels uncomfortable. And it makes sense to the liberals to force everyone around them to accept the wishes of the minority instead of them taking care of their own business.
Biden’s Secretary of Education is Miguel Cardona. He has tried to point out that “It’s simply unacceptable that state leaders are putting politics over the health and education of the students they took an oath to serve. The Department will fight to protect every student’s right to access in-person learning safely and the rights of local educators to put in place policies that allow all students to return to the classroom full-time in-person safely this fall.”
It is unacceptable for him and Joe Biden to force their will on everyone else. They act like the victim, but they are the bullies trying to act noble and righteous to benefit kids that they have never met.
Biden’s goal is to see a mask on every face in America before he can let go of the mask mandate push. He stated that “Unfortunately, as you’ve seen throughout this pandemic, some politicians are trying to turn public safety measures — that is, children wearing masks in school — into political disputes for their own political gain. We are not going to sit by as governors try to block and intimidate educators protecting our children.”
The only thing he can do is overstep his authority and violate the Constitution by taking power away from the states. The Constitution protects the sovereignty of the states, and Biden has no right to take it away.
Biden claims that by not forcing mask mandates, the states are abusing disabled kids. He has chosen his target to abuse for the sole purpose of taking power for himself. He could care less about the kids he has never sniffed before.
Kim Reynold is the governor of Iowa, and she gets to the heart of the issue by stating that “Iowa was able to reopen schools safely and responsibly over a year ago. President Biden and his team know this, yet they’ve decided to pick a political fight with a handful of governors to distract from his own failures – Afghanistan, the border, inflation, and more.”
Joe Biden set up his office of civil rights abuses to be an agency that will claim violations whenever he needs them. He has the agency that now spies on conservatives and reports directly to him on the affairs and activities of his competition.
